This position is responsible for a variety of tasks for all company departments.   Can work independently as well as on a team.  Works under limited supervision.  Responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks around the yard, facility, scrap house, job site locations, and rental properties.

Essential Functions and Duties

• MaintenancePerform maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC repairs, landscaping, flooring, roofing, etc.
• Monitor and maintain building and grounds, complete repair orders in a timely fashion
• Perform maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, appliance, and electrical repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Fix property damageDriver to pick up parts when needed
• Cleans oil spills on customer driveways and performs minor repairs to customer yards
• Conduct general upkeep procedures outside like landscaping, snow removal, and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
• Prepare rental properties for new renters
