Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Receives, processes, and directs calls from customers acting as the first point of contact to take orders, answer questions, suggest products, resolve conflict, and take payments.
Some duties include but are not limited to:
a. Answers the phone in a timely manner to take orders and/or payments and answer questions about products
b. Enter customer, dumpster, and payment information into computer system
c. Direct phone calls and inquiries to the correct team member
d. Handle complaints by providing solutions and alternatives if possible
e. Monitors orders and info mailboxes
f. Maintain customer databases
Must possess excellent customer service and computer skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
